TIME, a concept that’s interwoven in the world of DvT. How do we, DvT practitioners experience TIME within the playspace?
How and when do we TIME our interventions? Can we stop, fast forward or slow down TIME? How do we reveal the TIME-line within the Here-And-Now...​

For the sixth European DvT Conference in 2026, we are calling for DvT TIME Travelers and explorers.

DvT practitioners who have their thoughts / experiences / opinions / musings / feelings about TIME and DvT, and are willing to play...

THE ART of TIME-ing​

but first, slow down... to read some information, because there is the opportunity of joining the pre-conference:

On Thursday April 30st and Friday May 1st, you can dive into two extra days of playing, hosted by Dutch DvT- graduates Anne-Marie Hamming, Marjo Baars and Rebecca Davis from de US. The theme of this pre-conference is: Your time is now.

The program of de pre-conference will be about presence, embodiment, encounter, not knowing, being open, expanding your own playspace, and increasing your attention to the new in others.  ​

Conference Schedule

The full programme will be added later, but the key times are listed below.
  • Time… to meet! You are welcome on Friday evening, May 1st, at 8 pm at Grand Café Lebowski 
    Address: Domplein 17, 3512 JD Utrecht. 
  • Registration and welcome on Saturday morning, May 2nd at 9:00 am in the foyer of the Theaterschool Utrecht*.
  • Please note that the conference programm also takes place on Saturday evening.
  • On Sunday, the program begins at 9:00 AM in the Theaterschool Utrecht in the theater*.
  •  The conference ends on Sunday at 5:00 PM. 
  • There will be a social activity on Monday morning (further information will be announced later).

The workshops 

There will be workshops by DVT people from all over the world. (UK, NL, BE, FR, Czech Republic, Israel and USA).

Tickets & Prices

To this conference there are two types of tickets available:
  • The first one is a regular conference ticket to the program on 2nd and 3rd May.  
  • The second ticket is also an entrance ticket to the pre-conference, held on April 30st and May 1st. Please note that there are only 18 spots available in the pre-conference.

Costs will be: (including Eventbrite service fee).
The normal price regular is €263,30 euros, the early bird regular: €231,85 *
 The normal price is €431,04 pre-conference + conference, the early Bird pre-conference + conference: €399,99 *

Tickets include: lunch, snacks and drinks on all of the days you buy a ticket for. 
Tickets don't include: Activities outside of the program that are yet to be announced.
